This is likely to be one of the final interviews in this series .... there has been some great advise shared - I hope you have enjoyed them as much as I have.
Azuka is an awesomely crazy beautiful French spirit. I practice with her a few times and alwasy enjoyed her energy. Heres what she has to say...

Why did you decide to take your (first) yoga teacher training course? Did you always know you would teach?
I decided to do the yoga TTC, to learn more……learning learning learning. I wanted to meet some traditional Indian yogis too. I knew I would teach yoga. As a dance teacher for 20 years, it is just an évolution for me and my understanding of the body, mind, emotions and soul.
What advice would you give to those choosing their course?
The advice I would give for those who do their TTC is just to be yourself, follow your instinct, TRUST.
What’s the biggest / most important thing you learnt during your yoga teacher training course?
The most significant thing I learnt in my TTC is that giving your best is already enough, don't put too much pressure on yourself.
What advice would you give to someone teaching their first class?
My advice for the 1st class would be: "BREATH", be natural, give & receive. Keep it SIMPLE.
Which is your favourite asana? Which is the one you find challenging or are currently working on ?
My favorite Asana ... it depends! This changes all the time .. :) just listen to what your body is craving. I like Warrior 2, for the lines, symbolism and expression of the pose. I like to say " imagine you are a warrior of peace" ...looking far away in front of you... the world is yours. I'm still working on headstand, with variations, legs, twists... just love the benefit, the sensations, the focus you need to ... and the different perspective on the world ...
